Delivery Policy
ALL ORDERS FOR THE UK ARE SENT FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY AND ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
Please allow 3 working days for delivery. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and is trackable to ensure safe delivery. Your parcel will have to be signed for therefore if you are unavailable at time of delivery a card will be left for you to collect at your local sorting office.
If you do not collect your delivery within 7 days and the item is returned to us, you will be liable for cost of re-delivery.
All our orders for Europe are sent via International Signed For service. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. You must be available to sign for your order, therefore if you are unavailable at time of delivery a card will be left for you to collect from your local sorting office. This service is trackable. Charges for delivery in Europe are as follows:
Orders to the value of £40.00 8.50
Orders with a value between £40.00 - £80.00 12.50
Orders with a value between £80.00 - £100.00 14.50
Orders above £100.00 16.95
Orders by post must contain full details of the order, including size and value, delivery address and full payment by cheque in Pounds Sterling. Do not forget to include delivery charge and for all payments by cheque please allow an extra 10 days verification of cheque.
